By playing Popstars you agree to these terms. If you are under the age of majority in your country, a parent or guardian must agree to them for you.
The game
Popstars is free to play. Coins, gems, cards, packs and every other in-game item are a limited license to use inside the game: they have no real-world value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be sold or transferred outside the game's own trading feature. Celebrity scores in the game are fun opinions set by the players' votes; they are not statements of fact about real people.
Purchases
Purchases are made through the App Store or Google Play and follow their rules, including refunds. Pack contents are random; the chances of each rarity are shown in the game before you buy ("Drop rates"). POPSTARS+ renews automatically each month until you cancel it in your store account settings, at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Fair play and behaviour
No cheating, hacking, exploiting bugs, automated play, selling accounts or items, or using several accounts to gain an advantage. Be kind: no offensive names, photos or behaviour, no harassment, no photos of other people without their consent, no photos of anyone under 13. Report any problem in the game. We may remove content, reset progress obtained unfairly, or suspend accounts that break these rules.
Crews and content you create
You keep the rights to the photo and name you upload, and you allow us to show them to your crew to run the feature. You confirm you have the right to upload them.
Changes and availability
We keep improving the game: features, balance and items can change. We may stop the game with reasonable notice. These terms can change; we will tell you in the game if the change is important.
Liability
The game is provided "as is". Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country.
