You can delete your Popstars account and all its data at any time, directly in the game:
- Open Popstars and tap the gear (Settings).
- Tap DELETE ACCOUNT, then confirm.
Everything is erased from our servers right away: player name, cards, coins, gems, progress, friends, deals, messages, crew card and photo, linked Apple / Google / Facebook accounts and notification tokens. Only purchase records are kept, without your account, for as long as the law requires.
No longer have the game installed? Write to support@thiollywood.com with your friend code (8 letters, shown in your profile and in Settings) or the Apple / Google / Facebook account you linked; we delete the account within 30 days and confirm by e-mail.
